Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we want to make you aware that most insurance companies were closed, and some are still closed. We are still submitting claims the day of treatment as usual. For patients with more than one insurance this will cause a delay in getting your claims processed in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to follow up with your insurance to make sure our office gets paid by your insurance company.
